The Queensland WWII Historic Places website and the material published on it, including text, pages, documents and online graphics, photographs, audio and video, are protected by copyright law. Copyright in Queensland WWII Historic Places materials is owned by the State of Queensland and nominated contributors. The State of Queensland and nominated contributors assert the right to be recognised as authors of this material and the right to have their material remain unaltered.

Persons are permitted to download, display, print and reproduce material from the Queensland WWII Historic Places website site in unaltered form (retaining these notices) for non-commercial purposes.
